If L105 is extruded together with resin and filler of aluminum powders, it will get a strong sense of transparency and clear texture lines. Specification and Application 1. The hammer tone effect depends on the resin to a large extent. The appropriate polyester is easy to produce the pattern. 2. The texture pattern will be still very clear even if the amount of the polyester filler is increased to more than 40%. 3. Adding certain amount of surface conditioner L521 or benzoin will also be good for hammer tone, the texture pattern will become larger. Dosage: 0.1-0.3% based on total amount of coating formula, extruded with the batch. L105 can be used for all kinds of thermosetting powder coating.
